Primos Mentor Requirements

• Attend a Zoom group Interview (Late July) 
• Pass a background check
• Complete one hour of online training (August)
  
• Complete four hours of in-person training (August)
  
• Attend monthly virtual meetings with Primos founder, Alicia
• Communicate with your mentee weekly
  
• See your mentee face-to-face at least once monthly
