Become a mentor or mentee

Mentors

Becoming a Primo means investing time and effort to help guide a student. As a Primos mentor, you will be paired with a high school or college student. Primos provides extensive training and ongoing support to ensure you have all the resources to make your mentorship a success.

Mentees

Primos mentees get the one-on-one support of a career professional for 1 academic school year. 60% of our students continue their relationship with their mentor for multiple years. Mentors help guide students with academics, the college process, and much more.
